How to get the most out of a full test

  1. Time yourself like at the exam

Before you start, press «Turn on timer»: it is already set to 1 hour — roughly the time a subject gets at the NMT. Run out of time and you continue without the timer.

  2. Review your mistakes

After the test, open «Test review» and pick «Incorrect»: only mistakes stay — your answer and the correct one side by side.

  3. Take 3 NMT tests

After 3 NMT tests in a subject, «My level» shows the range your score falls in. The level is visible after you sign in, and tests taken before that count too.

Questions about full tests

It depends on the subject: at NMT 2026 maths and physics had 22 tasks each, chemistry 24, English 32, and every other subject 30. Tests from past years and ZNO may have a different number — it is shown on each test card.

Yes, answers are saved automatically. When you come back, open the test and press «Continue». Without an account this only works in the same browser — sign in to finish from another phone or computer.

Yes, as extra practice: these are real ZNO maths tasks, last taken in 2021. But they do not count towards «My level», so take NMT tests first.
